About this house rental
Our property is a 3-bedroomed, ground floor, condo offering ultra-spacious living and equipped with all the comforts you`d expect from a home. As well as being close to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld to name but a few of the sights - you`ll find plenty of things right on your doorstep to keep the entire family entertained. Resort facilities include 3 large heated pools, 5 whirlpool spas, sandy beach overlooking Lake Davenport as well as a bar and restaurant.
With over 1,200 square feet of space, our 3-bedroom Abacos condo at Bahama Bay Resort & Spa is ideal for family vacations or group getaways. Comfortable king-sized beds are in the master, and second, bedrooms, and bedroom 3 features two single beds. Additional sleeping space is available via a sleeper-sofa that opens up into a queen-sized bed in the living room. Our condo has two full bathrooms, one of these is en-suite to the master bedroom. Enjoy meals in the fully-equipped kitchen which includes all major appliances such as a refrigerator, oven, stove and microwave, and also includes cookware, utensils, and glassware. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer in our property for guests to use.
With plenty of room to spread out, our guests love the spacious living room-dining room area and can take in the scenery from the screened balconies with tables and chairs off the lounge and master bedroom. Cable TV and wifi are available for our guests, and a travel cot and high chair are also available for our little guests (under 2yrs) to use free of charge :).
Bahama Bay Resort & Spa boasts amenities like shared pools, hot tubs, fitness center, and a sauna. Located on the shores of Old Lake Davenport, you can enjoy the sandy beach, view wildlife from the pier, or relax in a hammock. The resort is also conveniently located near Polo Park East Golf Course. Located only 10 miles from Walt Disney World, there are plenty of local dining and shopping options nearby. Disney Springs offers over 100 shops and 60 restaurants along with daily and nightly entertainment. Gatorland has a free-flight aviary, petting zoo, animal shows, zip line, and a new Stompin` Gator Off-Road Adventure. For additional entertainment, Sea World is just 16 miles away, Universal Studios is 22 miles and for the younger guests, Legoland Florida is 23 miles away from the resort.
The Tradewinds Restaurant and Bar, located within the resort, is located poolside on the shore of Lake Davenport. With both indoor and outdoor seating, as well as a bar with lake views, guests can enjoy ice cold drinks, signature burgers and fries, and more!
The Market Place, located in the main Clubhouse, offers a wide selection of items from sundries and necessities to souvenirs, apparel, gifts, drinks, snacks, ice cream, and accessories.
We are available to answer questions or queries via phone or email. In addition, the Clubhouse reception is manned 24hrs and staff are able to assist our guests.
The Clubhouse has a sauna, massage, fitness centre, snack bar, restaurant, gift shop, internet cafe, games room, mini cinema & conference facilities.
There`s also a Kids Club to keep the children amused whilst you relax and enjoy the sunshine.
Places to eat out are `Mambo`s` is a casual poolside grill where you can get snacks throughout the day. You can even have pizzas delivered to you in your condo!
`Tradewinds` lakeside restaurant serves buffet breakfasts and alfresco lunches. The dinner menu is extremely varied and we`re certain you`ll find something that tickles your taste buds!
Need a drink? There are two poolside bars and the `Tradewinds` cocktail bar.
There`s also a weekly Manager`s cocktail party and live entertainment three nights a week.
Golf: There are five 18-hole golf courses within a 5 to 30 minute drive from Bahama Bay Resort - Highland Reserve, Ridgewood Lakes, Southern Dunes, Legends and Orange County National. Transfers and tee-off times can been arranged through the Tour Desk. Club rental is also available.
Parking is within the gated community and right outside the property

My girlfriend and I, as well as our 4 kids, stayed here for a week while visiting some Orlando attractions and beaches. Most of our time at the resort was spent recharging our batteries after being out and about all day. We were very happy both with this unit specifically and the entire resort as a whole. We spent every evening at the pool and in the hot tubs. The grounds are lush and meticulously cared for. The unit itself was very clean and well cared for as well. Had everything we needed. It was nice to be able to cook a meal or two if we chose to. There were are also plenty of restaurants within a 5 minute drive. Everyone that we ran across at the resort was friendly, staff and other vacationers included. It was an excellent experience overall and I wouldnāt hesitate to rent this unit again.
