The kitchen has a large amount of cupboard and counter space with an island breakfast bar. The home is fully stocked with everything you may need to cater for your family. There is a solid wood dining table to seat 6, with two extra chairs if needed. Or why not dine outdoors?
The private pool deck faces west and enjoys the sun throughout the afternoon until the sun sets of the conservation land to the rear. There is a covered area for dining plus plenty of loungers to enjoy the Florida sunshine around the larger than average size swimming pool. The pool can be heated at an additional cost.
The generous master bedroom features a king size bed and access to the pool deck. There is an ensuite bathroom with double sinks and walk-in shower.
There are two twin bedrooms for the children, as well as a double room.
There is a laundry room for guest use.
The community of Greater Groves is well located with plenty of shops and restaurants located along Highway 27, including a large Walmart close by. Disney is only a 20 minute drive away.
Within the community, there are tennis courts, walking trails and swimming pool.
