We arrived with less than 24 hours notice after having to move out of a villa booked 8 months in advance due to a pool leak. We arrived and the house was spotless, pool was full and the hot tub amazing

The layout was very nice
The additional fees for everything after booking was a bit much. It’s listed pet friendly but there is an additional 40/day fee. There is a pool and hot tub but it’s an additional 80/day to heat it. Parking was a bit frightful. We were a party of 11 and only 4 cars can park in the driveway with no street parking overnight. And lastly the WiFi kept shutting down on us. Read the entire contract because after you book exactly 2 weeks before check in you have to also pay an additional 300.00 deposit for damages that may be refundable after inspection.
