• The maintenance company may occasionally access the property to clean the pool during your stay without prior notice.

The heater takes 8–12 hours to warm the pool, depending on weather conditions. The pool heater works through heat exchange, so extremely cold weather may impact performance.

No refunds are provided due to weather conditions.

• $100 per stay

Parking
Parking is available in the driveway.
Please do not park on the sidewalk or grass.
Pet Policy
Pets are welcome with prior approval.
• Pet fee: $95 per pet (non-refundable).
• Maximum of 3 pets per reservation (35 lbs each maximum).
• Pets are not allowed on carpets, furniture, or beds.
• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets during the stay.
• Additional cleaning or damage charges may apply if necessary.
• Any unreported or unauthorized pets will be subject to additional fees, including a $250 unauthorized pet fee.

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone:
• No smoking inside the home
• No parties or events
A $250 fee will be charged if smoking indoors or parties are detected.

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each check-in. During your stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the property.

All food and condiments are removed after each checkout, and none are provided.
Towels

Nice place. Pool was perfect.

Stayed here for a few days to hit universal studios with two big families. The place was kid friendly, had the basic amenities and was clean. Very active neighborhood but good for walking the dogs around the block a few times. Pool was big and could fit all of us. Yard was small but perfect to let the dogs out to go pee. Bedrooms were nice and spacious to fit all of the kids. Having tvs in multiple rooms was convenient too. Overall we were happy with the stay and would recommend it.
