Great value for the price. Beds, furniture and kitchen needs replacing badly. House was clean but definitely the bare minimum. There was dirt and trash inside the couches and on the carpet along the walls. Both the trash can and the recycle can were completely full of trash when we arrived but maintenance did come take care of that for us. Carpets were stained but not horribly, could just use a steam clean. It was okay overall and we would stay here again.

Good property at a good price. Furniture and beds need upgrading; cushions worn out and bed headboard was broken. Lots of wear & tear in the house and furnishings. Time to replace.

It was nice and quiet, only 2 tvs which were confusing to work, pool was not cleaned and smelly garbage on side of house for a week. Pool was not cleaned at all during our stay.
