This was a last minute stay due to snow storms causing delays.
Early Check in -The property manager allowed us to check in from 0900 instead of the normal afternoon at no charge.
Comfort: Very homely apartment with a sauna (Not used)
Glass enclosed Balcony with sofa and dining table.
Quiet neighbourhood, with shops within 5 mins walk.
Very close to all transits (bus and rail)

All in all, a superb and charming stay at this spacious, equipped and cozy apartment located at the heart of the arctic city of Rovaniemi. The apartment answers all needs, including a washing machine, equipped kitchen, and private parking. The private sauna is also a big plus.
The check-in/key pick-up and parking instructions are very detailed, but not very clear. Surely, the freezing weather (which is typical in this region) complicated the matter - it may be better to suggest people drop their luggage near the building before proceeding to parking.

The apartment was great, well furnished, very confi, wide and luminous. Clean and provided with coffee, tea and other primary stuff, which is always appreciated First thing I loved the view from the terrace and the terrace itself. I could see incredible skies, rainbows and stars. The host answered always fast .in case I needed anything.

the location was the best part, its close to train station where you can also take the bus to santa village and 15min walk to city center. private sauna was really nice.
overall it was clean except the bathroom and ventilation needs cleaning, the bed was really uncomfortable, it was like sleeping on a blanket on the floor, in general entire rovainemi was overpriced, the amount you pay for what you get is not satisfying. facilities in apartement were lacking for the high price.
