The property is very clean and tidy. It’s really good for a couple or friends to stay in here which i strongly recommend. Washing machine, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and etc are available and free to be used. Plus the location is very strategic - very near to the Rovaniemi train station (5-7 mins walk), city centre (15 mins walk), and groceries stores (7-10 mins walk). If you wanna go to Santa Claus Village just take an uber with a rate of +-€20 per trip (10 mins). If you have any questions feel free to ask the host. She is the best and the friendliest host that i have met. If you wanna stay here, make sure to keep it clean for other users as well (which i will repeat this stay again) :)

Wonderful stay!
The location was fantastic to the railway station and easy access to the town centre. Apartment was clean, and comfortable. Everything you needed for cooking was available. Informative and communication was great. Looking forward to returning back again.
Slightly bright in the livingroom area for sleeping and curtain didn't fully cover the bedroom but otherwise comfortable and pleasant.

Perfect choice. It looks even better than the pictures — couldn’t ask for a better place to stay.
Very well located — you can see the train station from one of the windows, and the bus station is right there as well, which is very convenient if you’re taking the bus to Santa Claus Village. There is a big grocery store within a 5–7 minute walking distance, which allowed us to cook our own meals and feel like home during our stay. The city centre is also around a 20-minute walk away. The hosts were extremely nice and friendly. We asked if it was possible to drop off our bags before check-in, and they came all the way from their place to arrange a quick cleaning and store our luggage for us. It was around Christmas, so when we entered, we found glögi and candies waiting for us 🙂
Everything was okay. Rovaniemi is an expensive place, so this accommodation offers great value for money.

Sijainti oli erittäin hyvä ja keskustaan vain 15 minuutin kävelymatka. Palvelu oli tosi ystävällistä ja kysymyksiin vastattiin nopealla aikataululla.
