About this villa rental
Casale Terra & Sole is a holiday home created for those who want to find the right dimension of relaxation and well-being in an oasis of pleasure.
The Villa is located in the city of Montegranaro and is all exclusively for you.
The house is in a very quiet area, has no neighbor and can accommodate up to 22 people in 9 large bedrooms each with a private bathroom.
The house is surrounded by a large park and has a swimming pool, hot tub, external porch complete with tables and chairs and fridge for drinks, private parking inside the property.
The properties are divided as follows:
The main body, where on the ground floor there is a large professional kitchen, a TV room, a large living room where you can eat all together, and two external rooms with internal bathroom.
On the first floor there is another already small kitchen, two large bedrooms with two bathrooms. Continue on the second floor where you will find two more bedrooms with two internal bathrooms.
Outside and adjacent to the house there is another building with three mini apartments all composed as follows: kitchenette, sofa bed, bathroom and mezzanine bedroom.
Upon your arrival in the house you will find everything you need for your stay, because the kitchens are fully equipped, and on the bedrooms you will find pillows, sheets, towels, hair dryers, etc.
We are close to the center of Montegranaro and the sea is only 15 km away.

Beautiful Villa!! Lots of bedrooms and baths!! Large eating areas with commercial kitchen plus BBQ outside. Bar area was a great hang out area for 19 of us. The owner and family were nearby to check on us. You are only 10 minutes from stores etc. The villa is in the country so you must drive everywhere. The pool area was great area and so was the outdoor eating area. This villa has 2 bedrooms with three beds. It also has 3 apartments next to house each with small kitchenette and loft with another bed. Six bedrooms total in the house and each have bathrooms and bonus room on 2nd floor. This place will not disappoint and the views are amazing!!

The finca is awesome, great pool, huge kitchen and in the middle of nowhere - exactly what we where looking for!
