Extremely dirty, mouldy and facilities not working properly

🚨🚨🚨‼️‼️We had a very unpleasant experience in this place, at the point that we had to leave one day in advance. Room 4 :The mould was everywhere, walls, pillows. Dirty as it was not clean at all, ants all over the sink, smelly that you couldn’t breathe. AC was working but leaking on the bed all night. We asked to change the room and the second day they moved us into room 3. The guy was painting over the mould before letting us in. The toilet flush was not working as the toilet tube exploded flooding all the bathroom. Electricity went away for hours and we were without lights and AC. They were really not caring, they left and saying have a good night and didn’t apologise either. They made us pay everything, even one slice of bread not caring of how uncomfortable they made us feel. For the same amount of money and even less we stayed in much better places! We are not picky travelers but this place was really unhealthy to stay and ruined our stay in Nusa Lembongan. Hope they will fix it cause at the moment is a total disaster.

Too far from Mushroom Bay Can’t swim at rocky Tamarind Beach Hidden beach is not easy to access & there are no facilities or warungs there.

disappointing

Nice localisation and the pool

Moisture and all the wall in the bathroom, way nicer in picture than in reality. And also be mindfull of your stuff there, my Teddy bear was thrown away in the bin and a sweater was taken away with the sheets during the daycleaning of the room. I think it was not intentional, we could get them back but if I was not mindfull I would have lost both items.

Great value for money

- cute decor in the room - bed was huge and comfy - good AC - staff were friendly - the hotel has a really good restaurant

- we didn’t have a door on the bathroom, only a curtain, so you had no privacy - had to pay to refill water - didn’t really get any hot water from the shower - the sink and tap were unsecure

Staff are so kind and welcoming, and so helpful! Room was very comfortable and was cleaned every day. Pool area is so lovely as well as the restaurant and the location is amazing. Great value for money, we loved our stay at Naturale Guest House!

the owners are the loviest people ever. so helpful and caring. the guest house is very well located and we hired a moped for 3 days to get to different areas of the island. good breakfast options and worth adding as it’s cheaper than eating out and one less meal to worry about.

Cute small hotel

The hotel was close to the Mushroom beach as well as a very small secret beach. The secret beach was great for swimming or sun bathing in the morning before the tide covered the beach. There were between 0 and 5 people on the beach and very quiet and relaxing. The swimming pool is small but good for a plunge after a hot day. The room and bathroom are ok. Some sand around and salty water in the bathroom. But I guess that’s expected from a small island. The internet worked ok.

There was a duvet on the bed which had some stains. I preferred to use my sarong for covering rather than the duvet.

nous ne reviendrons pas

rien, la clim marche bien, fournissent des serviette de plage. Extérieurs beaux

bien trop chère pour la prestation, hôtes pas agréable ni souriantes, propose un service de restaurant mais ferme à 20h, petit dej inclu dans le tarif pas mauvais mais très léger et pas beaucoup de choix. chambre immonde draps taches moisissure aux murs forte odeur d’humidité et de moisissures qui pique le nez. Eau de la douche gelée, évier sale, lit fait 1j sur 5(soit on le fait soit on le fait pas mais pas une fois dans le séjour). Pas mis un pied dans la piscine car soit sale (pleins de choses qui flottent au dessus) soit un trop de chlore au point de pas pouvoir respirer en en passant devant, nez qui pique et yeux qui coulent rien qu’à l’odeur des produits de la piscine. 2 pauvres transats pour 5 chambres positionnés devant l’une des chambre donc monopolisés par les occupants de cette chambre impossible de s’y mettre ils laissaient leurs affaires sur les transats 24/24h (le cas avec plusieurs occupants durant notre séjour). Nous ne recommandons pas le prix est tout bonnement ultra excessif pour la prestation.

La piscine, proximité d'une plage, possibilité de louer un scooter sur place, climatisation dans la chambre.

Le petit déjeuner très simple et pas bien expliqué, le matelas dur et surtout l'absence d'eau chaude dans la douche. Chambre très humide

La chambre était humide. Les murs moisis par endroit. Les draps étaient sales et poisseux. Il n'y avait pas de porte entre la chambre et la salle de bain, donc autant dire que pour faire caca c'était super d'entendre son conjoint et de sentir l'odeur. La clim fuyait par moment. Heureusement qu'ils l'ont "réparé". Et il n'y a aucune insonorisation, les murs sont visiblement faits en papiers machés. Bref ça ne correspond pas du tout aux photos! C'est à la limite de l'insalubrité. Passez votre chemin sauf si vous aimez entendre vos voisins inviter des prostit...... .

Bien

L’hôtel est super bien situé, avec une piscine privée avec peu de clients ce qui est pratique. De plus, ils possèdent un restaurant ce qui est super pour Larrivée ou le départ ! Le personne était gentil et serviable. Le lit était très confortable avec une couette. Il ne faisait pas trop chaud dans la chambre.

Les murs avaient de nombreuses moisissures et ça sentait l’humidité. Nous avons aussi trouvé un énorme cafard.

Le rapport qualité-prix était très bon. Logement bien situé, à proximité des points d’intérêts.

Piscine partagée bien plus petite qu’elle n’y paraît en photo, située très précisément devant notre chambre, ce qui implique des allées et venues constantes devant notre porte. Travaux en cours à grande proximité du mur de notre chambre. Une partie du personnel était « aigrie ».

Mucha falta de higiene.

La pareja que trabajaba en recepción y su hija muy simpáticos.

Mucha suciedad. Cucarachas gigantes todos los días en la habitación. Entiendo que estamos en un entorno tropical pero jamás me había pasado algo tan exagerado en Indonesia. No podía dormir hay.

Cogimos este sitio en el mismo día. Por el precio que tiene no se puede pedir más. Para pasar una noche es pasable. Incluía desayuno aunque el café fue un horror, no pude tomarlo. Habían echado directamente el café sin ser soluble.

La limpieza... Muy básica o nula. Nos encontramos la tapa de un cepillo de dientes de los anteriores huéspedes. La cortina de la ducha daba pena. Las sabanas eran oscuras.. no daban confianza. Había unas claraboyas que estaban tapadas por unos sombreros, con lo cual podían entrar lagartijas (como fue el caso) y mosquitos!!!! Las paredes estaban llenas de humedades.

La ubicación, está a unos 10 minutos caminando a Mushroom beach. La piscina aunque es pequeña está bien para refrescarte. El personal es correcto.

Para o preço que pagámos foi ótimo! Com pequeno almoço e piscina é um hotel com ótimo preço qualidade.

Não tem água quente atenção. O pequeno almoço é fraco mas ok. Percebo tudo por causa do preço tão barato.
