Property located in Tréboul in the district of sands-white.
Ground floor: living room, kitchen WC. The living room with its living room, TV, and dining room opens onto the south facing garden. The kitchen, refrigerator, oven, microwave, 4 burners, dishwasher and a large selection of utensils and cutlery is large enough to eat.
Floor: 3 rooms, room of bath, TOILET. Bedroom 1: bed 160 wardrobe. Bedroom 2: 140 bed wardrobe. Bedroom 3: 2 beds 90 wardrobe. Baby equipment: 1 cot, 1 high chair, 1 bath.
Each room has duvets, blankets and pillows.
Garden: table and chairs, umbrella, BBC, deck chairs.
The laundry area (washing machine, dryer), as well as the bikes are in the basement. You can store your equipment there.
A dog is allowed, free of charge, provided it is clean, does not destroy anything and is properly treated against fleas.
Parking space in the walled garden.
Between 150 and 200 m from the rental: thalassotherapy center, supervised beach in summer, rental of sailboards, dinghies, tennis courts, 5 restaurants, 3 bars, 2 creperies. The coastal path GR 34, leads you in 10 minutes to the dike, in 15 minutes to the sailing school at the marina and market place. The shopping center is 1 km away. A stop of the TUD'bus (urban transport) is 150m from the house.
