The four of us, 2 adults and 2 older teenagers, stayed for 4 nights. We used Kerlouan as a base for an area from Point du Raz right up to the western coast of Brittany north of Brest. The gite has a slightly spartan feel, but is fully equipped, and was very clean and tidy. There is wifi access, but we couldnt get a signal so had to sit in the rather chilly garage to use it. But it was fine. Its very well located just a couple km from the bigger town of Douarnenez. The location is Kerleol, in the Kerlaz area, but we used the GPS coordinates and found it easily. Latitude N : 48° 06 20 Longitude Ouest (West) : 04° 16 39 will take you within a few metres.M. Crocq and his wife are very nice and friendly people - we spoke no French, but we still managed fine - they live right next door but were never intrusive, totally respect your privacy, but are always happy to help if needed. Id recommend the property for a base, but also as a getaway thats really nice and peaceful. Walking distance to the beach and sea and although we went in the middle of winter, we enjoyed it!Wed recommend it as a clean, simple, well-equipped property to our friends, and would be happy to come backfor another visit.

The four of us, 2 adults and 2 older teenagers, stayed for 4 nights. We used Kerlouan as a base for an area from Point du Raz right up to the western coast of Brittany north of Brest. Crocq and his wife are very nice and friendly people - we spoke no French, but we still managed fine - they live right next door but were never intrusive, totally respect your privacy, but are always happy to help if needed. I'd recommend the property for a base, but also as a getaway that's really nice and peaceful. Walking distance to the beach and sea and although we went in the middle of winter, we enjoyed it! We'd recommend it as a clean, simple, well-equipped property to our friends, and would be happy to come backfor another visit.

Die wahrscheinlich schönste Ferienwohnung, die wir je hatten! Drei original Bauernhäuser, auf einem sanften Hügel über dem Meer, etwa 250m entfernt, für jeweils etwa 6 oder 10 Gäste. Wunderschöne dazugehörige Gärten. Umrandet von blühenden Hecken. Alles blüht, zu dieser Zeit, Anfang Juni. Ausstattung perfekt. Da fehlt Nichts. Ein sehr netter Vermieter, der ein eigenes, viertes Haus bewohnt. Sehr dezent, aber immer hilfsbereit. Er freut sich sehr über ein paar Worte auf Französisch. Oft sehr gute Surfbedingungen am Strand, wobei bei schwachem Wellengang eine Fahrt Richtung Süden, zum Plage de La Torche, lohnenswert ist. Dort finden sogar Surfwettkämpfe statt. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert! Probablement la plus belle appartement de vacances que nous ayons jamais eu! Trois fermes originales, situées sur une douce colline au-dessus de la mer, à environ 250 m, pour environ 6 ou 10 personnes chacune. Magnifiques jardins associés. Entourés de haies fleuries. Tout fleurit, début juin. L'équipement est parfait. Rien ne manque. Un propriétaire très aimable qui habit dans sa propre quatrième maison. Très discret, mais toujours prêt à aider. Il est très heureux d'entendre quelques mots en français. Souvent de très bonnes conditions de surf sur la plage, ou on va vers le sud, à la plage de La Torche. Il y en a même des compétitions de surf. Dans l'ensemble fortement recommandé!

Wer Ferien in dem rustikalen Ambiente eines schönen Bauernhofes schätzt, kommt voll auf seine Kosten. Die Ruhe, die Aussicht und der ideale Standort für viele Ausflüge in eine fantastische Natur haben wir sehr geschätzt. Francois hat sich als sehr guter Gastgeber erwiesen, immer auf das Wohl seiner Gäste ausgerichtet mit vielen Hilfestellungen und Hinweisen, vielen Dank dafür.

Wer Ruhe und Erholung in der Natur sucht ist hier richtig! Das Haus gehört zu einem einzelnen Gehöft in den Feldern und gestattet einen grandiosen Ausblick auf die Bucht von Douarnenez. Der schöne Strand ist nur wenige hundert Meter entfernt und fußläufig oder auch mit dem Auto direkt erreichbar. Strandwanderungen und Baden sind hier gut möglich. Schöne Orte wie Locronan mit seiner berühmten Altstadt und Douarnenez sind mit dem Auto schnell zur Besichtigung und zum Einkaufen zu erreichen. Dort gibt es auch Restaurants für jeden Geschmack. In der Markthalle in Douarnenez gibt es fangfrischen Fisch und Meeresfrüchte vom Feinsten, Fleisch, Käse und Gemüse direkt vom Erzeuger. Unbedingt auch die berühmten Erdbeeren aus Plougastel probieren und in der Boulangerie Baguettes und Kuchen kaufen. Das Haus ist sauber und gepflegt und der Vermieter ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auf dem großen Grundstück kann man sich mit Kindern und Hund zum Sonnenbaden, Grillen, Spielen oder nachts Sterne und die erleuchtete Bucht von Douarnenez gucken, ausbreiten. Das Haus ist äußerst preiswert und die Lage ist wirklich sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir wurden sehr nett begrüßt, eine Flasche cidre stand als Willkommensgruss da. Von M. Croq bekamen wir viele gute Ausflugs Tipps. Wir hätten sogar die Zeitung haben können. Das Haus zwischen Douarnenez und Locrinan gelegen, ist ausgezeichnet um die Gegend zu erkunden. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und man hat einen fantastischen Ausblick aufs Meer. Wir haben die Sonnenuntergänge sehr genossen. Es sind ungefähr 10 min Fußweg zum Strand, wo man auch sehr gut baden kann . Ich hoffe, wir können nächstes Jahr wieder kommen!

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans l'ancienne ferme de Mr Crocq et son épouse. Vue magnifique sur la baie et plage accessible à pieds en 10min et en voiture en 2min avec parking. Le gîte est très bien situé au calme entre mer et campagne avec beaucoup de choses à voir typiques de la Bretagne dans un rayon de 50km. Accueil très chaleureux de Monsieur Crocq et de son épouse, ils sont là pour vous faire passer d'agréables vacances. Le gîte est fonctionnel et conforme aux photos avec tout l'équipement nécessaire. Un grand merci pour nous avoir permis de découvrir votre belle région à partir de chez vous. Christophe, Christine et Celie.

Le cadre agreable et magnifique vue sur la mer depuis la maison "Le TOP". Promenades a pied accessibles depuis le logement,tres pratique car l'acces à la plage est rapide . Tres bon accueil de la part du propriétaire qui nous a été de bon conseil pour les sites à visiter. Monsieur Crocq est une personne tres sympathique, discrète mais omniprésente aux besoin. La maison est confortable et coquette, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner. La vue sur la mer est magnifique, que ce soit du jardin, très bien entretenu, du canapé ou de la table du séjour … Très bonne literie. L'hôte est aux petits soins mais discret. Le silence n'est rompu que par le bruit de la mer et les chants des oiseaux. Il est impératif d'être véhiculé (10 mn des Halles de Douarnenez ou de Locronan). Séjour très agréable : à refaire !
