House facing the sea

Great Stay! The Seaview is awesome and there are plenty of beautiful places to visit. We really enjoyed our holidays.

The four of us, 2 adults and 2 older teenagers, stayed for 4 nights. We used Kerlouan as a base for an area from Point du Raz right up to the western coast of Brittany north of Brest. The gite has a slightly spartan feel, but is fully equipped, and was very clean and tidy. There is wifi access, but we couldnt get a signal so had to sit in the rather chilly garage to use it. But it was fine. Its very well located just a couple km from the bigger town of Douarnenez. The location is Kerleol, in the Kerlaz area, but we used the GPS coordinates and found it easily. Latitude N : 48° 06 20 Longitude Ouest (West) : 04° 16 39 will take you within a few metres.M. Crocq and his wife are very nice and friendly people - we spoke no French, but we still managed fine - they live right next door but were never intrusive, totally respect your privacy, but are always happy to help if needed. Id recommend the property for a base, but also as a getaway thats really nice and peaceful. Walking distance to the beach and sea and although we went in the middle of winter, we enjoyed it!Wed recommend it as a clean, simple, well-equipped property to our friends, and would be happy to come backfor another visit.

Maison simple, bien équipe. Très bel emplacement et propritaire très accueillant.

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt: François war stets ansprechbar und hilfsbereit , die Ruhe hat uns gut getan!

Die wahrscheinlich schönste Ferienwohnung, die wir je hatten! Drei original Bauernhäuser, auf einem sanften Hügel über dem Meer, etwa 250m entfernt, für jeweils etwa 6 oder 10 Gäste. Wunderschöne dazugehörige Gärten. Umrandet von blühenden Hecken. Alles blüht, zu dieser Zeit, Anfang Juni. Ausstattung perfekt. Da fehlt Nichts. Ein sehr netter Vermieter, der ein eigenes, viertes Haus bewohnt. Sehr dezent, aber immer hilfsbereit. Er freut sich sehr über ein paar Worte auf Französisch. Oft sehr gute Surfbedingungen am Strand, wobei bei schwachem Wellengang eine Fahrt Richtung Süden, zum Plage de La Torche, lohnenswert ist. Dort finden sogar Surfwettkämpfe statt. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert! Probablement la plus belle appartement de vacances que nous ayons jamais eu! Trois fermes originales, situées sur une douce colline au-dessus de la mer, à environ 250 m, pour environ 6 ou 10 personnes chacune. Magnifiques jardins associés. Entourés de haies fleuries. Tout fleurit, début juin. L'équipement est parfait. Rien ne manque. Un propriétaire très aimable qui habit dans sa propre quatrième maison. Très discret, mais toujours prêt à aider. Il est très heureux d'entendre quelques mots en français. Souvent de très bonnes conditions de surf sur la plage, ou on va vers le sud, à la plage de La Torche. Il y en a même des compétitions de surf. Dans l'ensemble fortement recommandé!

Wer Ferien in dem rustikalen Ambiente eines schönen Bauernhofes schätzt, kommt voll auf seine Kosten. Die Ruhe, die Aussicht und der ideale Standort für viele Ausflüge in eine fantastische Natur haben wir sehr geschätzt. Francois hat sich als sehr guter Gastgeber erwiesen, immer auf das Wohl seiner Gäste ausgerichtet mit vielen Hilfestellungen und Hinweisen, vielen Dank dafür.
