About this apartment rental
Located in a unique building, this fully renovated, high-end 100 m² duplex can accommodate 6 people in 3 bedrooms. The original glass roof, offering a view of the sky, floods the apartment with natural light.
The first floor features a fully equipped kitchen—including a dishwasher, microwave, oven, “Tassimo” espresso machine, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle—as well as a dining area.
A lovely living room with a sofa, armchairs, and a TV.
A bathroom with a hair dryer; soap and bath towels are provided.
A bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed completes the first floor.
Upstairs, two bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed and one with twin beds).
The beds are made upon the guests’ arrival.
A washing machine, ironing board, and iron are provided.
The apartment is equipped with free Wi-Fi, fiber-optic internet, and high-speed internet.
A 25 m² terrace with patio furniture, and a shared garden with a stream running through the back. Private parking space.
The apartment is ideally located, less than 100 m from the Tréboul marina, shops, and services (post office, banks, bakeries, bars, restaurants, public transportation, etc.). Beaches, a spa, and a water sports center are nearby (10-minute walk). Many activities available.

What a wonderful stay we had here! It was our first time to Brittany and we'd love to come back. Nelly's renovated house (historical) in Douarnenez was a great base for our excursions on the Crozon Peninsula and we really got to appreciate Douarnenez and area during our time. Nelly's comfortable spot has everything you need for your 'home away from home.' We're thankful she reached out to us to let us know about the local and delightful fishermen's supper! Thank you Nelly!

Whether it was raining or after a long day at the beach, the flat left hardly anything to be desired. Everything was lovingly designed and furnished. The location is perfect for trips to the beach, harbour or town. Shopping facilities are a short drive away and the bakery is within sight.
We have already recommended the flat to others because it was a very nice stay.

We enjoyed staying at Nelly’s place - clean and well stocked with all we needed. Had the space for our two teens and three adults - Nicely located and responsive host. Would stay there again.
