Exceptional location for this luxury apartment classified 3 * TOURIST FURNITURE, located on the 3rd floor on the seafront, in the gable of the residence "Les Sables Blancs" on the beach of Sables Blancs.
Full sea view from all rooms "calm and secure residence". The center of Tréboul and the marina are 800 m away, the restaurants, the thalassotherapy center and the sailing school are in the immediate vicinity.
Private heated swimming pool (June to September) solarium with deckchairs.

    Belle situation pour cet appartement au 3e étage avec vue sur mer depuis toutes les pièces (inespéré), fonctionnel, propre, conforme aux photos et description, confortablement équipé dans une résidence bien entretenue, ascenseur, espaces verts et piscine avec transats au top. Place de parking très appréciée et caddie pour les valises. Aimables contacts avec Alain Le Ster qui nous a accueilli dès la disponibilité de l'appartement (merci). Possibilité location linge de lit (testé et approuvé), ménage de sortie. Ideal pour découvrir les environs à pied (GR34) et sillonner alentours pour belles balades ou étapes gourmandes ici ou là. Restaurants, bar, sandwicherie et tabac au pied de la résidence. Port de Tréboul (commerces, boulangerie) à 10 min à pied par la ville ou 15 min par sentier côtier (les 2 sont très agréables). Belle plage des Sables blancs, familiale et propre, l'eau est certes fraîche mais d'une couleur incroyable.
