Lokal czasy świetności ma za sobą. Generalnie czysty, ale nie ma szału. Widok z balkonu na ulicę. Bardzo blisko do piekarni, do sklepów, a także na wyciąg narciarski. Motocykle można schować w garażu. Jak dla nas był wystarczający (jedna noc w drodze na południe Europy), na dłuższy pobyt może być mało atrakcyjny.
