First of all, having a whole floor for myself because of off-season was a luxury. I felt very comfortable in my 3-bed room (which was accordingly spacious). The owners were always available when I had some additional requests and questions. The view from the (otherwise shared) balkony on an orthodox church in Republika Srpska and on some mountains was very much calming.
The kitchen is equipped rather minimalist for actual cooking. WiFi works fine in the kitchen (which is rather functional and not a place to hang out) but not so well in the room in which I was.
