The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming, especially Amel, who went out of his way to assist us. We felt very well taken care of.

The hotel was good value and it provided a free parking space for the car. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok (could be better, but ok). All in all, it's an ok place to spend the night.
A bit dated. Breakfast was in another hotel located a couple of minutes away.

At the entrance, if you encounter English-speaking staff, they are helpful and friendly. The hotel is a maximum of 10 minutes' walk from the center, and the town is quite small.
Actually, the most basic expectation from a hotel should be the bed. I recommend using sheets that completely cover the bed. The sheets were too small for the bed and kept getting tangled around my body throughout the night, which was quite uncomfortable. In addition, alternative heating options could be offered for guests from hot countries. After all, not everyone is used to mountain air.
