A day in Nea Moudania

Close to the beach, like 200m, not far from main street ~1km

The bed in the bed room was excellent ,but sofa in the living room was a torture to sleep on.

Great place near the center and great value for the money

Super comfortable apartment, with a large living room and a large bedroom, and an even bigger terrace. Excellently equipped kitchen. Even though I was there for the New Year, the apartment was very warm, first of all because of the air conditioners and especially because of the carpets. Tania was a super host and accommodated all our requests. We had a great stay so if it is not booked, I will stay again next time with pleasure.

Far more cons then pros, I would not recommend it.

- Beach - Pet friendly - Air conditioning in both rooms - Master bed

- Location is very questionable from the grocery supplying point of view. The closest supermarket is 500m away so be prepared for walks or you'll need to drive all the time. - The beach is 600ft away but nobody mentioned that on the way there is VERY BUSY ROAD TO CROSS and HALF ON THAT PATH ARE PRETTY STEEP STAIRS (attached picture) - Our 3 bed apartment on the ground floor had pretty narrow terrace with the view on playground and barbecue, close to the back entrance with no privacy at all, not pleasant to stay, with low airflow so it was hot even in the evenings especially if someone fires up the barbecue. Terrace chairs are outdated and uncomfortable. We didn't expect the ground floor, maybe we were put there because we brought our small dog with us but nevertheless it should have been explicitly said before. That would certainly be the decision maker. - Bathroom is small with some rusty elements but clean. - For some reason, all the lights in the apartment were dimmed like they're saving power on it. - Kitchen is fairly equipped but do not leave any food out of the fridge or it will attract the little yellow ants. - Master bed is ok but sofa bed was disastrous to sit and sleep on it. - For the ground floor apartment and the price of ~85 euros per night, I would not recommend it.

It is close to the beach and is sheltered from the sun during the day, so there is no need to turn on the air conditioning.

The apartment is great except for the strange smell and weak light bulbs. Those who like romance will not have a problem.

Boravili smo porodicno (sa dva tinejdzera) u objektu u avgustu 2025. godine. Sve je bilo odlično. Čisto i uredno. Blizu plaže, kao centra grada. Sve preporuke za smeštaj.

Odlican,na minut od plaze

Apartman se nalazi jako blizu plaze, bukvalno samo predjete ulicu i spustite se niz stepenice do plaze ( ima dva prolaza sa stepenicama,jedne malo strmije,druge sa blazim nagibom) Nas apartman je bio na prvom spratu,cist,imao je sve sadrzaje,kao i tecnost za sudove,sapun,papir. Posteljina i peskiri su nam promenjeni na pola odmora. Do centra mozete peske ,setnja 15ak minuta,ali je zato prednost apartmana sto je mirna ulica,mozete lepo da spavate i uvek ima mesta za parkiranje. Terasa je bila velika,pravo uzivanje. Vlasnica Tanja,ljubazna i uvek dostupna ! 💐 Rado cemo doci ponovo!

Savet da se u dnevnoj sobi umesto sadasnjeg kreveta na razvlacenje( u vidu fioke tako da ima dva lezaja) postavi krevet na rasklapanje ili neka ugaona koja se otvara u veci lezaj .

Nette Vermieterin mit sehr guter Lage des Apartments.

Die Lage zum Strand und zum Zentrum war hervorragend. Das Apartment im 1 Stock war sehr geräumig und auch die Terrasse war sehr groß. Tania war jederzeit erreichbar und hat kleine Probleme sofort gelöst.

Bei der Küchenausstattung könnte man etwas nachbessern.
