We stayed in an 8 bed dorm. It was a very big room with lots of space! Very comfortable beds, with individual plugs with shelf, and light.

The member of staff at the reception was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. I had a big delay due to train issues, but I had no problem reaching the reception over the phone, communicating and checking in late. The person checking me in was very kind, remembered our conversation, explained everything and also helped me accommodate some other travellers who were stuck in Lyon due to the train delays without accommodation.
