Perfect for our family and location for family event

Was all good only thing I would probably make 1 other room a double rather than singles if room permits

Girls break

The house location is fab, very spacious and the beds were comfy, very spacious and clean inside. All the facilities you would need at home catered for. We loved the house .

The host didn't respond to my message about the bins that was left at the front and ripped open by seagulls/cats. Unfortunately all the bits in the games rn was empty , but we still had fun,and the pool table was on a slant( but we still had a few games on it and had alot of fun). having a laugh about it. Just to be mindful if Ur going with children, it's not a complaint . I also asked to gain entry to the property and hr earlier as I was arriving first on the train but was refused with no explanation or empathy.justbgit a message saying declined 😢

Great!

As soon as we walked in we felt at home. It’s a very spacious house with comfortable furnishings and very clean We had lovely sunny weather and used the small Yard leading through French doors from the kitchen/ diner as it was a little sun trap. We had no problem parking nearby in the street with our Parking permits. Thanks again for a great stay. The Lythe Family from York

Pleasant stay for family/large groups

Plenty of space, well equipped. Dvds, Wii for entertainment. The 2 bathrooms 3 toilets were practical. Short walk from the beach and shopping, supermarket, restaurants etc

Some of the mattresses need replacing. The rubbish bin in the kitchen needs a good wash as it's a bit smelly. More mugs would be great

Fantastic property so well equipped you have everything and more that you need for a comfortable stay I The house iwas immaculate we all had a wonderful stay so much so we are planning g to come back in October .

great value for comfortable stay

great facilities and location, we all had a fantastic time. one of the loos was a bit leaky and the shower steam set off the fire alarm but it didn’t effect the stay

Comfortable and spacious accommodation catering for all the family from 0-80!

Very clean and thoughtfully furnished- provided tea, coffee and a bowl of sweets which was an unexpected addition. Kids loved the Wii and the pool table. All the essentials and more provided! Spacious, light and bright. Easy parking for two cars. Quiet location but still convenient for the town and sea front. Comfortable beds. Two bathrooms on the second floor side by side- an additional washroom downstairs. Perfect for multiple occupants!

NO BREAKFAST BUT LOCATION WAS GOOD. HANDY FOR PUBLIC TRANSPORT.QUIET STREET

THE KEY SAFE WAS HARD TO ACCESS, THE LOCK ON THE FRONT DOOR WAS A BIT TRICKY,THE WATER PRESSURE WAS POOR ,THE OVER BATH SHOWER WAS NOT USABLE AS IT LEAKED FROM THE UNIT

Perfect for our family

We were impressed by the size of the property and the well equipped kitchen. The property was perfect for our family of 7 plus our small dog.

If I have to be picky I'd say the parking wasn't great.
