Great location. House had all amenities you need,comfortable. House could do with a spruce up painting.

We had a fantastic stay, first time we have gone on holiday by train and the property was well placed for easy access a
Property was within 10-20 walk from main attractions in Scarborough such as north and south bay, train station, peasegood park, open air theatre and the local supermarket
Stairs were abit steep in the property and as the shower was located on the top floor so the water pressure took afew minutes to kick in

All in all was happy with our stay and the price.
It was fine for a short stay, essentials were provided like tea, coffee, milk, soaps, washing up liquid and parking permits which was nice.
The bathroom silicone, grouting, loose cold water tap on the bath and poor water pressure.

There was a smell of cigarette smoke when it was a no-smoking venue. We cleared the smell fairly easily upstairs by opening windows all day, but the downstairs smell didn't leave.

Nice comfy beds, well laid out property, with everything you need for a short stay.
Small back garden, but only to be expected on a terrace house. The stairs are quite steep to the bedrooms but manageable.

Do not stay here unless you want an awful holiday and to come back covered in bruises.
Nothing.
The stairs are a death trap, we had to hold on for dear life and still did manage to fall down multiple times resulting in multiple painful injuries and large bruises. The shower takes 10-15 minutes to come through properly and be luke warm which doesn't last that long before going back to being cold. There's only bins in kitchen, not in rooms. There's no plugs In bedroom on third floor meaning you can't use phone as alarm if you need to charge phone over night.
