Nice looking but cumbersome 😮‍💨

Calm and neat area with a beach nearby.

Our booking was made at short notice, so we were informed that there would be no linens, or towels provided, furthermore there were no trashbins. Please don't offer such last minute bookings if you can't react on such short notice. However, we were still expected to clean up or face an additional fee deducted from our deposit. Our deposit was supposed to be refunded after 7 days, but we haven't received it yet. Additionally, we had to dispose of our trash ourselves in public bins, which incurred a €0.50 fee each time. While free parking was advertised, it was not available in the city.

Ostend and the beach.

0. There is a strange camera slot in the bathing room. Beware!!!!...I checked thoroughly it is not infra red camera to on/off lights, why on the earth will they have something like that built just on top of the showering cabinet, I guess I should have opened it out. 1. Awful behavior, owner is not recheable easily. 2. Linen will be provided is clearly written in booking.com facilities section however forcefully charged 15 Euros after starting eith 30 Euros. 3. Forced us to sign contract that 80 Euros will be deducted from our 600 Euros cash deposit if the apartment is not professionally cleaned. 4. Made us wait 25 minutes on the day of checkout without informing. 5. On the day of check out we spent 2 hours cleaning the apartment and in the elderly couple comes and says "there is a finger print on the micro wave" and not a single word of gratitude. 6. The flush of the toilet did not work and they wanted to blame us. 7. The building door key was jammed, we freaked out the first night as after 30 minutes we were somehow able to go inside. 8. The staircase is very narrow and dark. Carry your torch please. 9. No WIFI. 10. Limited channels in TV 11. We used our own garbage bag mostly, at the end there was literalky one unused lemon in the whole plastic bag which they asked us to dispose by throwing it at us. 12. Racist comments on German people by saying they stashed their apartment before us.

Minimalistický byt. Velice tichý. Venkovni rolety i stores. Pohodlne postele. Velky sprchový kout a oddělené wc. velice dobře vybavena kuchyně. chybi jen varna konvice. el. zasuvky UPLNE VSUDE a mnoho <3 Výhled na moře. Par a hřiště před domem. Restaurace a obchody poblíž. Veřejná doprava nedaleko. Infocentrum za rohem.

info sdilene po castech: nejprve oznameni o placeni vratne zalohy 350€ navic; pote info o nutnosti donést si vlastní ručníky i povlečení a nakonec tesne pred odjezdem oznameni, ze musime vše uklízet. Uzoucke schodiště, obtížné se zavazadly. chybi varna konvicka a eventuelne konvice na caj. Hlučný bojler. Nedostatek parkovacích míst Psi exkrementy všude na chodnících

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einer gemütlichen Wohnung

Eine sehr schöne gemütliche Wohnung, mit allem was man so braucht. Es war sauber und die Betten bequem. Küche sehr schön und gut ausgestattet

Ein Wasserkocher könnte noch ergänzt werden, und wenn die Bettwäsche nicht selbst mitgebracht werden müsste, wäre perfekt

Zalig verblijf voor herhaling vatbaar!

Eigenaar had ons een berichtje gedaan met de nodige info. Ook konden we iets vroeger in het appartement wat ook wel een leuk voordeel was. Alles lag heel kort bij het appartementje! Lekkere bakker en slager op 5m wandelafstand. Rondom was er ook genoeg parkeergelegenheid. Uiteraard tegen betaling maar dat is helaas over zo. Achter het appartement ligt een parking die voor de helft goedkoper is. Het appartement op zich is echt een pareltje! Het heeft zijdelings zicht op zee en is volledig vernieuwd. Ook de rolluiken op de kamer is een grote troef! Er is inderdaad geen lift aanwezig maar dat is voor ons zeker geen must. Wij hebben een ontzettend goed verblijf gehad en hebben met ons gezin van 4 ervan genoten. Dikke merci aan de eigenaars dat we in hun pareltje mochten verblijven. Ons zien ze zeker terug!
