About this cottage rental
Spring of 2025 will have a brand new Deer Track. The new cottage will be a one bedroom home with a loft. The bedroom will have a king bed, and the loft will afford room for extra sleep quarters. Like the old Deer Track, there is a large deck with amazing views of the ocean and Acadia National Park mountains. Centrally located on Mount Desert Island, it is close to all attractions.

Our stay was amazing, we love the location, the hosts were super helpful and even took us out on a super memorable boat ride that my daughter loved! My only wish is we could have stayed longer!

Great location. Comfortable bed and linens. Good water pressure. Amazing deck. Hosts were easy to work with, accommodating and went the extra mile. 10/10 would return.
* bring a dish scrubbie, extra trash bags, and your own kitchen staples.

Nice cabin with a great view of somes sound. Mimi & Rick were great hosts! Even took us for a boat ride. Easy drive to Acadia.
