Great location within Melk. Very friendly staff. Quiet apartment with generous space. Finishes on the apartment were better than anticipated based on pictures.
Description included a washing machine but we were told it referenced the kitchen dish washer. Poor bed pillows.

Central and the restaurant offers good food.
The rooms are old and basic in terms of facilities and decor.
The bathtub had a weird mobile glass panel to prevent splashes but is pretty dangerous and and to operate.
The pillows were some of the worst we ever had - made up of synthetic material that got clumped together, offering little to no support when sleeping.
The entrance to the rooms is made through the back passing by the cooks and waiters having a cigar, going up an metallic stair case.
For what we played we expected a lot more than this.

Breakfast included in the room charge.
Water was a very slow drip in the shower which was not a pleasant experience.
