I was not provided with link for the registration form. I have tried to communicate with the facility manager for a few days but I did not receive any useful response. As a result, I didn’t receive the apartment number nor the code and we couldn’t check it. We had to book another property in the last minute, which was really bad and expensive. As of now they refuse to refund our payment. Stay away!!

I would recommend this apartment if you're travelling on a budget. Pros- convenient location for Melk Abbey, very good shower (two of them), a hob for cooking and a generally well-presented apartment.
Cons- not much in the way of natural light, the courtyard view isn't a very nice one, no oven or laundry facilities (as advertised) and the free parking space that is given for you to park in for the length of the stay isn't 3 minutes away as stated, but more than a 10 minute walk away according to Google Maps. We instead paid €4 for 24 hours to park much closer
