If you want to travel by BUS fantastic connectivity and have direct BUS to Vatican City Entrance Gate, Bus # 49 from walkable distance. Cleaning staff was very helpful and co-operative. Almost around 110 Euros per night for 2 adults and 2 kids with breakfast was awesome deal for me.
Metro station is far (15 mins walk with luggage good exercise :)). Handles of the room and bedroom were very loose and balcony outside door was broken. It was making a noise in the night with vehicles travelling outside. No person available post 6 pm and need to rely on phone call with PoC.

It is a bus route, easy to go anywhere from the location. Some of the staff were helpful and friendly (both guys) but unfortunately, the night lady was a bit aloof. Aircon was good and useful due to the weather over 30 degrees.
Breakfast was unexpectedly small and disappointing. Just 1 coffee and 1 croissant. My family didn't drink coffee so we basically bought. Also, it is at another public restaurant location near the accommodation. The room was not the best in terms of cleanliness because of layer of dust on the floor and wardrobe. There was a kettle in the room and teacups. No teaspoons, no sugar, no coffee, no tea. When I asked, I came back and found tea bags but still no spoons, sugar, etc. Perhaps we should have asked again for each :)
