The apartment itself was completely satisfactory.
However, my apartment neighbor partied until 12:00 PM two days in a row. It was impossible to rest.

There was a 0-24 open bar in the neighbourhood with nice prices and good coffee.
Location: we had to walk quite a lot for useful public transportation.
Facilities: Broken toilet flusher, no shelf in the shower, minibar without goods, hardly working lock on the entrance gate, no staff at the checkout, so it was tricky to leave the building. Be aware that the phone number hanging near the entrance doesn't work, so use the one from the web site.
