THE GOOD- The room was quite large. The bed was comfortable and the mini fridge although small came in handy. Security was good into the building. There is an external courtyard in the communal area to sit outside if you wish. The WIFI was excellent speed. NOTE: property is advertised with many facilities but don't be fooled into thinking they are in your room, they are in fact shared facilities in a communal area.

THE BAD- The bathroom was tiny and much smaller than expected and what's worse the shower recess is about 80cm square. I am male of medium build and height and I had to turn sideways to enter the shower. It had nowhere to put your soap while washing or any receptacle to place items on and if you drop the soap its extremely difficult to bend over and pick it up. I couldn't scrub my feet because there is not enough room . I was scared I was going to fall over and crash out of it. The shower would fill with water and overflow onto the bathroom floor. I later discovered after inspection that it wasn't draining properly because the drain hole was blocked with hair and gunk. Oh and the sink was cracked. On another note I stayed here for 8 nights and the bin in the communal area didn't get emptied until day 6 the Saturday after I advised the owner. He said it had been done mid-week and had seen pictures from his cleaner, but I know for sure it had not because my rubbish and others was still there all week. I think a cleaner may have come mid-week but was obvious to me they had not done the job properly as ash tray in the courtyard and bin not emptied, kitchen table top not cleaned. Also the sink had been used by another guest who regularly emptied their herbal tea leaves into the sink that clogged it. In actual fact I found myself cleaning up because I found it unsightly. The other guest must have thought the cleaner was doing it for them. The cleaner did however leave a large white bag full of what I presume was dirty linen in the main entrance hallway as you enter, didn't get taken away until the Saturday. Overall don't misinterpret the advertising or pictures IE- Property Highlights- views Balcony- it’s a window style door (No balcony) disused dead zone, dark, walled in, rubbish in it, and guest pigeon :-) . There was no private kitchen, its all shared. Like most of the facilities listed.
