The location and the immediate attention via email from the staff.
There were too many steps and locks to check in and out of our room. It was a bit complicated. Definitely see why once we enter the main gate, we still have to lock it from the inside. This can be improved and simplified. Also, the shower doors were not closing completely so water leaked on the bathroom floor. Please add more toiletries and towels. The flush was continuously making sounds.
