A very pleasant and relaxing stay
Staff was great, everyone was always polite and nice, giving us tips on places to go and and making sure we had everything we needed. The historic house has some really nice furnitures and items from the past century. It really brings part of Brasil's history to the backyard

Could have been amazing if reception had been staffed and available to deal with issues.
the bath, the common area, the area was green and surrounded by nature with a good breakfast.
There was a party next door where people were screaming into a microphone that was going well past 3am. There wasn’t anyone stationed at reception and no one was answering the phone. I tried messaging, using the WhatsApp number, emergency number & even emailing. So we were not able to sleep. if there had been a fire or an emergency the guests of this hotel would have been on their own to tend to it.

Exceptional
The breakfast was absolutely wonderful , plentiful and a variety of foods. Gloves and hand sanitizer available by the food table. The staff was absolutely wonderful and attentive. They even had umbrellas waiting for us (it was raining). No carpet on the floors which was good cleanliness wise, more hygienic. Hot water and strong water pressure in the shower.

The location and atmosphere of the Pousada Vila Brasil was fantastic. It was very laid back and relaxing with its peace and quiet. I extended my stay an extra day to stay here a little longer. The staff was phenomenal. Everyone, without exception, was very helpful and friendly. When they found out I needed to leave for work before breakfast started, they got things started early and made breakfast just for me.

This property is so clean and all the staff and owners are so nice and welcoming. My mom and daughters loved their stay at Vila. Too bad our trip was so short.

Adorei o silêncio, os pássaros e outros animais q não se vê em qq lugar, o ótimo café da manhã, a empatia dos funcionários, inclusive me oferendo um simpático parabéns no dia do meu aniversário.Fui muito feliz nos dias q passei lá. O Guilherme é o Matheus são extremamente cordiais e acolhedores. Pretendo voltar sempre!
Não há nada de que não tenha gostado. Irretocável.
