Historic Centre Apartments I

First and most important the communication prior and throughout the stay was excellent. The ability to store luggage is extremely helpful. The location is absolutely perfect- literally a minute away from the main square. The bed was the most comfortable bed to date. The apartment is as advertised and amazing. Would be happy to visit again.

Great location in the heart of Old Prague, 2 minutes walk to the Astronomical Clock. Lovely large airy apartment with good aircon, comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. Helpful and friendly reception staff. The lift worked well. Very quiet despite the in the midst of nightlife location.

The only thing to dislike was the access: up 2 flights of 14/12 stairs. While I was aware of stairs when booking, we weren’t quite prepared for the difficulty with heavy luggage. Also, from Reception, navigating to the apartment was very convoluted and took us awhile in the 38oc heat to find- a bit exhausting. But once in the apartment all was great!

The location was amazing - 1 minute from the Town Square and Astronomical Clock! Also loved the huge size of the apartment! Two very large bedrooms, a kitchen and living room and a bonus 2 bathrooms.

The problem was not knowing that Bolt cannot drive into the Stare Misto! We had to leave one friend with the luggage on the street and then go find the reception hotel ( where we got our keys). Then a really lovely young lady from the Karlova Hotel came with us to help us lug our luggage through the streets of Prague over cobble stones to our apartment. We were on the 4th gloor and it needs to be said that there is a flight of stairs up to the elevator and then once you exit you must walk up another flight of stairs . Hauling up our suitcases was a real challenge. We are 3 senior ladies and this is difficult. On our last day, the elevator stopped working and we were in a panic as to how to drab out luggage down 4 flights of stairs plus 2 more flights.

We like the location.

The bathrooms did not meet with our expectation. The heater in the bedroom cannot be turned off. There are many steps, difficult for seniors like us to carry luggage.
