We enjoyed the most beautiful view of the Old Town Square Christmas market and watched the Christmas tree lighting ceremony from our open window! An added bonus was the view of the astronomical clock from our side window! The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and clean! This was my 2nd stay in this room, and I'll definitely be back!

Beautiful view of the square! The key locks on the doors (especially getting in/out of the main floor restaurant) was very difficult

Need an ironing board for the room . The bath was difficult to step out off very high up . Other than that to room was excellent
