Good location, spacious room

The hotel is very well located and the staff is very nice
The hotel is very spartan, takes ages to even take the elevator and we had to queue for breakfast. The breakfast was messy and poor. On the top of that, when we did the check-in and we got in the room we found out that the room was occupied by someone else.
