    Impecable location, service and facilities. Staff are very attentive even let us check out at 2 pm. Upstairs pool is marvelous with the view of the ocean.

    This is a great hotel with a prime location and very friendly staff. The gym isn't great but everything else is wondeful!

    Beautiful hotel with ideal location just across from Copacabana beach. Only had breakfast there on my last morning- very good with great selection. Only complaint was the pool/ roof not opening until late morning.

    Unpleasant staff at reception. Charging a late check out after 14 nights spent! Refused to cancel a duplicate booking generated by agoda (cuatomer has to pay at the end for thia mistake… prevent to stay here! Many other gotels in rio qith nice view, good breakfast and more welcoming and smiling staff.
