Good location in Jardins. Breakfast is included in the price.
Small, stuffy room. The quality of the hotel was not a 4* - maybe maximum a 3*. The shower would not drain properly even after a whole night of waiting. Breakfast was OK - lots of dry and sweet pastries.

The location was incredible, you're literally one block from Avendia Paulista and there's a subway (metro) stop right there. The staff was also incredibly friendly.
Even for two people, the room felt small and cramped. There was only a nighttable on one side of the bed, and plugs (outlets) to charge things were in inconvient locations. The single desk in the room is small, and there are no other tables to hold things. Basically you won't have much space to put your things, and there was also only a one chair in the room.
In terms of breakfast, the food was excellent, but one day (Saturday) when I arrived at 9:15am (it ends at 10am), most of the food was already gone and nothing more was brought out. Also, there's just 13ish tables, which means you will either have to wait or ask to sit with someone else because space is at a premium.
Finally, there's 11 floors in the hotel, but only two elevators and each can only hold 4 people, so expect to wait if you're not willing to take the stairs.
