Seafront pine forest and at walking distance from Miramare Castle and the Victory Lighthouse.
A few meters from the bus stop line 6:36 (summer) that connect to the city center, in the summer also by boat "Delfino Verde".
Fully furnished, located on the ground floor, in a safe and quiet is reached via a staircase from the promenade-pine forest and the cycle track. An ideal base for lovers of the sea, fishing, windsurfing, jogging and cycling.

We really enjoyed our vacation in Trieste. The accommodation has everything you need for everyday life, with many lovely little touches that contribute to a truly Italian-style relaxation. The sea is practically across the street, and the bus connections in Trieste are excellent. A very nice hostess. She even provided us with two bicycles, which we also lovedAll in all: we'd love to come back!

The place was cute, adequate for 2 people with a kitchenette and washer with drying rack. The owner left some treats and coffee and extra clean linens. The setting is picturesque, close to the coastline park. The biggest issue we had was the staircase is 82 steps up a steep incline, so the description of ground floor was slightly misleading. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone with heart or breathing issues.

Andrea ist sehr nett, wir haben via Whatsapp kommuniziert. Die Wohnung war besser ausgestattet als erwartet (Handtücher, Küchenzeile, Kaffeemaschine mit Kaffee) und die Lage ideal, um Barcola und die Umgebung im Sommer zu genießen.

Sehr gute ruhige Lage, in einem Treppenviertel gelegen, in 5 Minuten durch einen Pinienwald ans Wasser, Promenade mit Stegen ins Wasser. Gute Busanbindung, Tickets in der Bar an der Straße. Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Restaurants aller Preisklassen.

Andrea is a very nice person we had a nice discussion before coming to stay at his place and there was indeed all I had wanted .. the beach .. the roads to run and walk and affordable restaurants nearby. good high pressure hot water and I liked his homemade liquor too ( Thank you Andrea), I did walk up to the castle it would be about 3 and a half km. and I walked to the city too another 3 and half km . yes I will come back if I ever visit again Trieste.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr klein, aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist die Lage in Barcola - Strandpromenade und Pinienwäldchen direkt vor der Tür, günstige Busverbindung ins Stadtzentrum in nächster Nähe, ebenso diverse Geschäfte und Lokale. Ein kleiner Nachteil für Leute, die nicht mehr ganz so gut zu Fuß sind, ist der Zugang zum Haus über eine recht steile Treppe (82 Stufen). Für uns war es kein Problem, und die Möglichkeit, in einem so pittoresken Teil von Barcola zu wohnen, hat uns dafür reichlich entschädigt. Besonders erwähnenswert ist die große Fürsorge und Freundlichkeit des Vermieters!

Qui alla casetta di Andrea mi sono trovata una favola. ho viaggiato con i miei tre cani ed ho trovato un ambiente pulitissimo, in una posizione invidiabile e con un Oste davvero gentile e simpatico. Di notte si dorme una meraviglia, al riparo da qualsiasi rumore ed il mare è lì a due passi, con tutte le comodità possibili, tra bar e ristoranti. Quando tornerò a Trieste vorrò sicuramente tornare in questa bellissima casetta!

Tre giorni di relax e pace per godere del mare di Trieste in autunno. La casetta è accogliente e confortevole. Consiglierei questo soggiorno ad una coppia romantica. Il proprietario è gentile e disponibile in caso di necessità.
