About this villa rental
Courtside 67 has a King in the Master Bedroom, 2 Twins in the Guest Room plus a sofa bed. Wireless Internet & Large Flat screen TV. Just Steps to the pool! Parking directly in front of the condo, and no steps to navigate.
The kitchen is fully equipped should you prepare meals at the condo. Courtside is a favorite among repeat guests.
There is nothing like being in the center of it all, in HHI that means being near Coligny Circle and Pope Avenue, where there are ~58 restaurant and shops within walking distance! From Courtside you are also just a 5 min. walk from the Atlantic Ocean with miles of beautiful beaches. Or enjoy direct access paved trails where you can walk or bike to many shops and restaurants, or follow the trails and explore the entire island.
Tennis players can enjoy free daily use of the world class Van Der Meer Tennis Academy, which is adjacent to the Courtside complex and just a short walk from the villa.

Our family has been coming to Hilton Head, SC for years and been booking through Seashore Vacations. On the day we arrived we noticed a coffee maker was not in the kitchen as mentioned. When I contacted them, they brought one over right away. Fantastic service!! If you’re going to Hilton Head be sure to use Seashore Vacations!

We had a wonderful summer vacation at courtside! Convenient location close to everything and a short walk or bike ride to the beach. The pool was just steps away from our back porch. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Booking with Seashore Vacations was very easy and their correspondence was great. We had a problem with the shower in the master bedroom and reported it on Sunday. By the afternoon the plumber had come to the condo and fixed it. Also had a problem opening the combination door lock and within 15 minutes someone came to how us what we were doing wrong.The condo was in a great location. The amenities were good. The bathrooms could use a little remodeling. There was rust around the drain in the tub in the master bedroom.We enjoyed having an hour of tennis included in the rental. The pool being right outside our back door was convenien. We would not hesitate returning to Courtside in the future and would definitely recommend Seashore Vacations for rentals.
