About this house rental
Courtside 77 is two story, two bedroom, two & a half bath townhome located in the highly sought out Forest Beach area of Hilton Head Island. Primary bedroom has a king bed and the guest bedroom has two double beds. Each bedroom has its own private bath and main living area has a powder room. Nicely updated kitchen and living areas with a sofa bed in the family room. Courtside is 1.5 blocks from the beach and next door to VanDerMeer Tennis Center. A special membership with VanDerMeer provides Courtside guests with tennis privileges up to one hour per day per condo based on availability. This community has two on-site pools, a lagoon with fountain, and parking at the front door of each property. Courtside is within 3 blocks of Coligny Plaza, the Beach Market and Park. This quaint downtown area offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. Courtside 77 is located overlooking the fountain with easy access to the main pool.
The Courtside and Island House community pools are not heated and are closed for swimming from October 1 until April 1. Courtside Parking is limited to two cars.

I recommend renting bikes to travel back and forth to the beach. We enjoyed our condo and the pool. Everything was as described and clean. The balcony stairs to the pool could be a little challenging for anyone with weight or knee issues, but it worked for us.

Overall great condo! Communication was quick, walk to the beach was very short. The only complaint we had was a small amount of trash left in one bedroom upon arrival. We plan to stay there again!

We enjoyed or stay. Property management was easy to get in touch with and responsive to our inquiries. The condo was spacious and nicely renovated. Everyone mentioned how the mattresses were so comfortable. You can’t see the ocean but you are only a block away. Management offers additional necessities such as bikes or beach chairs. This was a great trip.
