Nice clean hotel, weak wifi.

Nice decor, clean room, hangers for clothes. Helpful people at the front desk. I was able to leave my luggage when I arrived too early to check-in. I like the roof deck, with 2 tables and some chairs to sit. Convenient location (short walk to the center).

Wifi signal very weak, my connection breaks from time to time. No water refill. I was given a 335ml bottle of water for 2 nights. No place to sit in the small room, except on the bed. No shampoo.

I don't expect much for the price I paid, but this place didn't even meet that standard.

Good central location. Lots of hot water.

Terrible, insecure wi-fi. No cleaning service for the room, even when I asked specifically on the second morning. I had to make a fuss to get fresh towels. Noisy guests at late hours. The bed and the sheets should have been replaced years ago. General attitude of neglect.

Nice quiet place close to much of the action in Centro Xalapa.

There was no breakfast, but I didn't expect one. For the money, this is a charming place with a good color scheme and nice tile work. It is tiny, and I've seen posted complaints about that. But if you don't expect that from fisheye photos, you are naive.

They could offer breakfast. They could also give better detailed directions to their place. Very few locals that I talked to knew the street (Miguel Hidalgo) they are on.

Definitivamente la ubicación, cerca del centro histórico y que tenía NETFLIX.

El hotel está simpático perooo aunque te dan el password del wifi lo cierto es que nunca pude conectarme, fuimos dos adultos y en el baño colocan una toalla grande y otra chica, almohadas incómodas, mucho ruido, todo se escucha, la puerta de la ducha no se pudo cerrar, y lamentablemente quisieron entrar en nuestra habitación por la madrugada. Supongo que algún huésped ruidoso que nos tocó lo bueno es que pusimos seguro por dentro.

El colchón de la habitación que me tocó en pésimo estado los resortes se sentían por todas partes, se le comentó en recepción debido a que no pude dormir por el colchón y me respondió que no era posible ya que el colchón era posturopedico y nuevo que ella misma lo había subido. NO RECOMIENDO ESTE HOTEL, NO LE INVIERTEN PARA DAR UN MEJOR SERVICIO

La habitación no concordaba con lo mostrado, el cuarto superchico, sucio, nada funcionaba, la cama era más resorte que colchón, no había insumos

No hay agua caliente, las habitaciones están muy reducidas , todos los de recepción no atendieron mis necesidades respecto al agua solo decían que estaba prendido el boiler y que tenia que dejar caer un rato el agua y me indicaron cual era la caliente pero nunca salio, no le dan importancia y no tienen trato por la gente, solo atienden su trabajo

El hotel es limpio y tiene un estilo muy bonito en general. El recepcionista fue amable. La ubicación es lo mejor de este hotel. La relación con el precio es relativamente cordial. Si vas a explorar por la ciudad y solo llegas a dormir este hotel está bien, pero no esperes descansar al 100% pq hay muchi ruido y las camas no son cómodas.

Las habitaciones son pequeñas, y se escucha absolutamente todo desde dentro y desde afuera. La cama estaba dura. La regadera tardaba en sacar el agua caliente y el control de la TV no funcionaba.
