I was glad that I booked my reservation at Catre de mi Corazon

The breakfast was healthy in a good size. The location is great I was able to go anywhere either walking or using public transportation. More over, the kitchen is awesome.

There is nothing to improve. It is an awesome place to stay in.

Disappointing

I arrived really tired and ready to rest when the receptionist told me they had given my private room reservation to someone else. He was giving me disparate answers as to why and was not prepared to give me a solution. He mainly blamed it on the person working the earlier shift. I ended up staying and getting a bed in the dormitory because I didn't want to deal with trying to find another place. He took me to the dormitory and told me there (actually he didn't even bring it up, I had to ask him) after I had paid that they had no more keys to the room to give us so we would not be able lock it. Furthermore, we couldn't even close the door when leaving because the door would lock itself and we would have no way to get back in unless we called staff. To top it all off, at the end he didn't give us our deposit back for the building key. Maybe he didn't remember, but I suspect he knew and just didn't have the money available. Just like the room key situation, he seemed afraid to bring it up. I let it go because it was only 20 pesos and I just wanted to leave. They did let me leave my luggage after checkout to pickup later and didn't charge me for a towel so that's good.

Barato, bien ubicado, cocina y áreas libres buenas

La ubicación es muy buena, tienen una cocina comunitario muy buena y con juegos de mesa.

El agua de la regadera se riega por todas partes, la ventana no cerraba bien y entraba el frío. El refrigerador sucio. Cobijas muy delgadas.

Alojamiento funcional

Daniela fue amable y clara en recepción, estuvo al tanto de nosotros en el check-in y check-out. Además, nos proporcionó una cobijita extra para el frío. La mascota del mes, el conejo Perlo, fue encantador.

La caca de Perlo en las áreas comunes, varias veces casi la pisamos.

Schon vor der Ankunft schrieb mir die Besitzerin und empfing mich sehr herzlich und familiär. Super Ambiente, angenehme Atmosphäre. Sauber und gut organisiert.

Buena ubicación y acogedor

Lo mejor es la ubicación, en el corazón del barrio Xallitic, muy cerca de los atractivos turísticos dentro del centro histórico de Xalapa. El lugar es acogedor, cómodo y me encantó su jardín y por supuesto 'Perlo' el conejo que siempre está dispuesto a saludarte :)

Creo que la ducha es muy incómoda ya que se moja prácticamente todo el baño después de bañarse y hasta el agua llega afuera del baño. Tal vez una cortina o un escalón para evitar que se salga el agua podría ayudar. También unos mosquiteros en las ventanas ya que se meten muchos mosquitos.

Muy buen lugar para descansar y estar cerca del centro de Xalapa.

El ambiente tranquilo, el hecho de que aceptan mascotas sin problema, la facilidad para entrar y salir, el lugar muy acogedor y sin ruidos es ideal para descansar.

Hubo un día que estábamos durmiendo muy a gusto después de una larga caminata y nos despertaron para hacer reparaciones, no fue lo mejor, sobre todo porque estábamos ahí, en otro momento ni siquiera nos habriamos dado cuenta, pero si fue un poco molesto perder el sueño tan abruptamente con el ruido junto a la puerta. Solo les diría que planeen sus reparaciones en otro momento del dia o cuando estén seguros que no hay nadie en sus habitaciones.
