Within walking distance to everywhere, but so noisy.
Location is great.
It’s so noisy. The bells from the cathedral start tolling at 6 am, it’s located on a principal avenue and there were always traffic and people. Even the housekeeper put music before 8 am.

Great location and ambiance from plaza down below.
The location was amazing. The front desk was friendly and accomodating. They allowed us to check out late since our transportation was arriving after check out.
The rooms are sparsely furnished and the beds are hard. There is no air conditioning or fans - fans would be an amazing addition to the rooms.

Good place to spend a few days in Xalapa consider an airbnb if you are spending more than a week
The location is ideal to visit downtown Xalapa, the room was mostly clean, the parking was practical, most of the staff was nice.
There was some dust below the bed, the room had no AC, the staff couldn't help us with the menial task of lending us some cutlery, the beds were kind of stiff, no appliances to cook anything.
