I was there for three days and it was a better experience than the previous ones, definitely worth it for the price

That its located by the mall so if you get hungry you can just walk and get all kinds of food. So it was convenient on that note.

I got a room all the way up to the 4th floor which sucked to have to go up that many floors,Also the noice at night from some water pipes (or whatever the noise was)made it really hard to fall asleep for me, it was rough at night for sure.

The price was okay. The location too.

The lighting inside the room, a little too dark and orangy. Made me feel trapped and hungry at the same time. I could sell them some good photographies to decorate instead of the actual decorations.

Front desk people were pretty nice as well as the cleaning lady

If you’re looking for a quite place this hotel isn’t going to be the one you’re looking to stay at since there is a Karaoke place right across the street and they do play music until very late hours on the weekend(I was there the whole weekend)also there are so many places playing music out loud so if you get a room with a street view good luck with trying to fall asleep if you are bother by loud noises. Unfortunately the very last day I was there a maintenance guy tried to get into my room while I was still there, I yelled out loud so he knew someone was inside so he apologized and said that he got the wrong room but I was still in bed so that gave me a bad experience. I’m not saying he did it on purpose but it wasn’t really nice to be awakened by someone trying to get in your room while still in bed. Other than that the staff were very decent.

The room was comfortable and clean. The property was in a good location with easy access to food and necessities. We did not eat at the property and nothing was said to us at check in about what was available.

NO ICE available. We were asked to return the room key each time we left the property, which was not acceptable. We felt that it invaded on our discretion and privacy to come and go.

The staff have to learn how to be polite, and they need an elevator.

The location

Th staff were not polite. They were arrogant. Also they do not have elevator. If you are traveling with people in wheelchair or heavy laugagge, it is frustrating have to carry them upstairs.

Para 1 noche

No cuentan con suficiente espacio para estacionarse y es un servicio que ofrecen, no te solucionan nada, tuve que pagar por dejarlo en otro lado pues ya era tarde para moverme de ubicación . Las camas son muy incomodas. Personal poco amable. Para pasar 1 noche de urgencia como lo fue en nuestro caso podría estar “bien “

La relación valor-precio, las habitaciones bien para descansar un par de noches, la regadera con agua bien caliente, el personal atento.

El estacionamiento en la calle, siempre todo ocupado y muy difícil encontrar un lugar, mas aún si llegas tarde. Importante considerar que no hay elevador, sobre todo por las personas con dificultad para subir escaleras.

Me encantó que todo estaba súper limpio, la camarera super atenta y amable, la recepción amable

No respetaron mi reserva a pesar que les dije que llegaría tarde porque me atoré en la carretera por el tráfico. Llegué cerca de las 11 de la noche y no por gusto, yo les envié mensaje por medio de la aplicación y el primero me lo contestaron, pero al ver qué no llegaba por el tráfico, envié otro y ya no me contestaron, lo bueno es que habían habitaciones disponibles pero yo no me respetaron el precio que me dio booking.
