Apartment was really good. Nice view of the Shard which was lighted up for Christmas.
The locality was a bit sketchy but still OK.

Alles wat wij nodig hadden was aanwezig en dit op eem top locatie. Rustig maar op korte afstand van metro en 45 min wandelen naar Londen Eye

Self catering. Location good.
Communication. The phone number supplied was permanently "Not in service". Emails not responded to. Tried over 4 weeks to get in contact and never did. Key box code came late on the day of arrival, City view turned out to be a courtyard with rubbish bins or the walls of a block of flats. Stained carpets, damaged doors and Junk in laundry.Finding long black hairs in the bathroom, we're all in 60+ with grey hair.
