Location was good. Nice size apartment for 1 or 2 persons
No blind/curtain on front windows. So no privacy. Could not get tv to work and could not get hold of anyone to sort out. Bathroom floor grout coming out of tiled joints. Fridge leaking internally which needed drying out each day. None of the above didn’t spoil the stay. Just a bit of care needed

We know the area and the location was as expected
Despite my (very) regular attempts to tell them that we were Australian and would not have access to a UK phone and would be arriving at about 9pm at night after a long journey they paid absolutely no attention in terms of our "pre check in arrangements" and access to the key. It was particularly disappointing and very stressful. We had to engage and pay a 3rd party to 1/ pay the security deposit required as we could not, and had told them weeks ahead, that we would not be able to transfer via an app we could not download 2/ pick up the keys for us
