No staff, but that was reflected in the price. But it did make it feel a bit bleak

I suggest changing the front door of the whole building, as it does not look very secure. Luckily, London is not a dangerous city.

The location was perfect for London Bridge and the bedding was lovely and clean.
There was an awful smell in the corridors and it was supposed to be two bedrooms not two double beds in one room with a tiny bathroom. There were traps under the beds for vermin and the noise from the people above, the trains etc was very loud making it hard to sleep. It was also very hot and we couldn't seem to find any heating to turn it down but when we opened the window the noise was too much.
