London Eye Walk - Southbank Stay

The property is very well located. We were able to walk down to the South Bank and there were plenty or restaurants and bars in the area and beyond. The property is within a block of flats, but it was very quiet and comfortable. You would normally be sharing the space with two other people, but there was only one other guest who was not around much. Need to look at other reviews to see what it is like when sharing. Stayed two nights and as an ex-Londoner loved the vibrancy and energy of the area - less gentrified than other parts of London but that is its charm.

The bathroom and toilet need sprucing up. There is mould around the bathtub and the lightpull desperately needs replacing. It really wouldn't take much to make the whole place look more inviting. There was dryer left in our room filled with sheets and towels I don't feel should have been left there. Probably better to dry sheets and towels elsewhere.

Good location, 5 mins walk to E&C tube station, 50 min walk to Piccadilly Circus, 15 min walk to Borough market. Wetherspoons 2-3 mins away. Shared kitchen has everything you need. Cheap & cheerful. You get what you pay for!
