Abbey Guest House

Zelfde afstandsbediening

Large communal kitchen was a bonus.

Incorrect information on listing and video provided regarding functionality of the washing machine, as it’s not actually a washer/dryer combo

Super clean, cosy and fresh

Nothing

Good location. Good shared clean kitchen amenities. Cleaner was very friendly and surprised me that rooms were turned down whilst we were there. Quiet for a shared house with lots of people coming and going at different times.

Communication wasn't great throughout the week. started strong when I was going to check in a day late - but the rest of the time with the issues/questions I had, very slow and felt ignored. Left a night early as did not enjoy the stay (and had checked in a day late). Lighting/fuse box coming off the wall outside bathroom, weird brown stains on washing basket in my room, nail clippers left in bathroom and receipts from other customers in bedside drawers, which made me think not cleaned very thoroughly. Mini fridge was unusable (very bad smell from it). It was removed 2 days after reported and there was a shared clean fridge in the kitchen which had plenty of space.
