Location.
Sitting area in front of our room.
Kitchenette to fix a simple breakfast.
Bathroom is small and everything gets wet when taking a shower incl. toilet.
Stray cats in the sitting area.
No good bye when leaving after 4 nights.

Quiet place in old tbilisi. There is an very comfortable outdoor space. Our host was always ready for our needs.
If you travel by car, parking could be challenging, even if our host was very helpful to support us.

Прекрасное расположение, всё рядом, центр Старого Тбилиси. Хозяева замечательные, приветливые, доброжелательные люди. Очень чисто в номере, белоснежные постельное белье, полотенца, тапочки. В номере чайник, чай, кофе, салфетки на столе, плита и кухонные принадлежности. Большой стол на воздухе, который можно использовать в любое время для завтрака или ужина. Всё хорошо. Рекомендуем. Гости из Москвы.

The location was in old Tbilisi, but it is not very good accessible by taxi, not easy to walk too. But walking distance to lots of important attractions
Kitchen was a plus, some essential cookware and table
Owner helped us with keeping our luggage after checking out which was a big help
having a Split was very good
Privacy also was good
Bathroom had a strong smell the whole time, probably mold smell
Shower head connection was broken, and bathroom wasn't very clean
Upper bed mattress was very uncomfortable, and lower bed was squeaky. I had sleep problem during our stay
no garbage bin at all
electric kettle had lots of limescale, and whenever I was pouring the water, some parts was adding to the water. It also was leaking.
