About this apartment rental
Unit 52- 1 Bedroom and 1 Bathroom Gulf Front Condominium. | This beautiful 1 bedroom 1 bathroom fully renovated Gulf Front condo is located on the 5th floor of our Grand Tower Building. The views of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico can be seen from this unit which is perfect for watching evening sunsets! To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our one bedroom units sleep a maximum of 4 people. The bedroom is furnished with 1 king-size bed with a 42" flat screen TV with HD service. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with glass doors. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, and is supplied with the necessary items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a coffee maker. The condo has tile throughout and has a 50" flat screen TV in the living room with HD service for your enjoyment as well as a Queen size sofa bed. It is beautifully furnished with an incorporated balcony with windows which allows you to enjoy the amazing coastal breezes from the Gulf of Mexico.

We enjoyed our stay so much. We rented a cabana for a few days and didn’t realize we could use the chairs and then rent an umbrella. I would recommend this place The kitchen had every thing we needed and that view was awesome

We loved this spot! Such a great view and easy access to the private beach. We will definitely be back to this location in the future.

Unfortunately the weather was terrible (30 and windy) so we truly didn’t get to enjoy the siesta experience. The condo was fine, nicely appointed except for the bed pillows which were beyond awful. The view of the ocean from the couch is completely obscured by the wall separating the two windows. Kind of weird. A trash bag would have been helpful. No mention was made that we had to bring our own and we had to remove all trash ourselves or be charged more than the $95 cleaning fee??
