Friendly staff

Room was exceptionally dirty, especially the bathroom. Flimsy front door with gaps. No TV, just a huge bracket sticking out from the wall. Sheer red curtains. Shower curtain was torn up and tied to the rod. Full of mosquitoes when I arrived. Overgrown bushes obstructed the walkway, grass needed cutting -- the clerk explained that's why there were so many mosquitoes!

We chose not to stay

The lady was very nice and did her best.

The other reviews are extremely misleading so I feel an obligation to leave a more accurate review. This will work for travelers who speak fluent Spanish and are on a very small budget who only need a bed. This is a very rustic spot meaning the room includes only a bed, a light bulb hanging on wall, and a bathroom… toilet paper, towels, and shower curtain not included. The first red flag was having to call a number to even have someone open the gate to the premises. I should have left right then as this is concerning on many levels. After much translation we discovered that to leave and come in at any time requires a phone call. they require cash. After paying we chose not to stay.

Good option in Tula

I arrived late at night, and they were able to accommodate a check-in. There is parking on the premises. And a lot of cute puppies!! The room is big and everything worked fine.

A nice out-of-the-way location still walkable to everything in town. Large secured parking. Beautiful courtyard with flowers and plants. Spacious and clean rooms. Very hard-working, friendly staff. Highly recommended

Un poco sucio, hay muchos moscos que se meten, mal pintado, olor a húmedo en la habitación, mal olor en el baño, se mete la luz externa por las cortinas, la atención es pobre, no dan jabón y la toalla que dan es muy pequeña y solo dan una, no hay buena iluminación, hay mucho ruido de grillos y perros afuera, la alberca de afuera no funciona, el restaurante no da servicio, no abren la puerta externa a tiempo en la mañana y hay que estar llamando para que abran, la cama golpea el borde del protector junto a la pared y hace mucho ruido

Nada, olía horrible a humedad, las toallas olían igual y no había las tuve que pedir y se tardaron en entregarlas. No tenía ni papel de baño, jabón.

En la app dice un precio, al final me cobraron $500 pesos más en el momento de la recepción, no me entregaron ticket. En la mañana pedí las toallas y se tardaron en llegar, por lo mismo salimos tarde de la hora de salida 12:00 hrs. Salimos a las 13:11 y nos cobraron otros $500. Mi habitación no tenía llave , salí en la noche me dijeron que tenía que sacar mis cosas porque se quedaría abierto, y regresar u otra vez meter las cosas. Muy mala atención de la señora. En total terminé pagando $1,500 por una estancia que no vale la pena, de verdad no lo recomiendo. Horrible experiencia y carísimo, mejor me hubiera ido a un buen hotel.

遺跡を見に来るならちょうどいい

トゥーラの街ではありませんが、トゥーラの遺跡までは歩いていくこともできる距離です。コレクティーボなども近くを走っているので使えると言われましたが、朝、のんびり散歩するのにちょうどよかったです。また、夏休みだったからか、近くにフェリアがやっていて、おいしい屋台のご飯を食べることができました。かわいい黒猫もいます。

少し古くて、寒いです。でも、シャワーはしっかり出たし、あまり問題は感じませんでした。

Muy pocos enchufes y los que había casi inaccesibles por estar casi en el techo. A pesar de que es más seguro, el hecho de que haya que llamar a alguien para que abre y cierre el portón de la entrada es un poco tedioso.
