Sólo la ubicación cerca del centro de Tequisquiapan.
Debido a que viajaba con un adulto mayor con su acompañante, solicité desde el principio que me cambiaran una habitación a la planta baja, me ofrecieron una con dos camas matrimoniales en la planta baja, pero al llegar, sólo tenían una con una cama matrimonial, lo cual fue incómodo, la otra habitación descuidadada, ninguna habítación cuenta con sillas o bancos para colocar las maletas o para otros propositos que son necesarios.
