Excellent location 30 min from Tolantongo

Most comfortable bed!

Room missing a few items such as a table to place suitcase and flat surface to place personal bath items in bathroom. Could be because building is still new and unfinished.

No place to put bath toiletries. No hooks or shelves in bath. Not even a toilet paper holder. Shower has a tiny dish for soap, but nothing for shampoo.

This hotel overpassed our expectations!! Great for the value and it is really close to the Grutas de Tolantongo

Everything, the room with three beds is big with lot of space. The bathroom has two toilets and three showers and three hand sink and the space is huge. Good WiFi connection . Close to Las grutas de Tolantongo

The location is perfect because it is not I side the village so it is really quite and nice environment.

Very clean and spacious. Had 3 beds divided between 2 rooms and a private external bathroom with 3 separate toilets and 3 separate showers.

The beds are rock hard, but that's the normal here. The water took a long time to get warm so it felt like a lot of water was wasted

We came in from a night out and could not get inside. We woke up another guest at the hotel and they let us in. Literally in the middle of no where.

Very comfortable, peaceful.

No breakfast, but we were offered use of the kitchen. Beds were comfy, everything clean, good shower. Peaceful - we slept really well after a day at Talantongo. Pleasant, friendly little town. Lovely owner. Nice mountain views from the upstairs room (downstairs looked a little dark).

About 15 mins drive off the main road to Talantongo, so not as straightforward as we thought to get there by bus for the day (two buses) - we were waiting on the main road for our connection each way for a good while.

Lovely boutique hotel that was just perfect for our needs.

We decided to book a room instead of risking it at Gruto Tolantongo where the hotels do not take reservations. it was worth every penny to have the peace of mind knowing we had a nice, clean, simple room to spend the night. Our hostess was fantastic about providing us with a space heater on an unusually cold night. She also recommended an excellent pizza place in town that made delicious pizza.

The Wifi didn't work but that was to be expected. We came prepared with videos downloaded on our devices to keep ourselves entertained. Other than that there was nothing we didn't like about this hotel.

suited the purpose

it was very economical. the bed was comfortable & plenty of warm blankets provided. we were there in winter (Jan 2022) so didn’t check the showers as it was pretty chilly. we were able to park inside a secure gate. I would stay again for a one-night stopover along the road.

the restaurant was closed despite it saying the opposite on the listing. it is noisy when other guests are moving around the hotel or talking. don’t depend on the wifi, but I’m sure that’s an accessibility issue for the hotel. we had a hard time finding it but we’re easily directed (in English) when I called.
